The building refers to traditional góralska architecture. The construction of the building is carried out by the best constructors from the Podhale region. Made of glued wooden beams, it has a simple structure enriched with a large terrace and panoramic windows. The góralski character and the natural materials: wood and stone - harmonise perfectly with the glass.

Inside each house, modern aesthetics are intertwined with traditional wooden elements. The use of modern technology makes the house comfortable; in addition, each resident will be able to charge their electric car. The house, measuring 126 m2, consists of a living room with a terrace, a bright kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a study and a dressing room.
