We are looking for land properties for the construction of apartments and single-family homes. We are interested in both undeveloped and built-up properties with the option of demolishing worn out and exploited buildings. We are interested in purchasing attractive investment areas in Kraków (Zabierzów, Zielonki, Wieliczka boroughs), Katowice, Warsaw, Lublin, Rzeszów and Wrocław. We are looking for well communicated plots, situated close to the tram and bus stations with easy access to public roads. If a plot does not have a settled legal status, we shall deal with it ourselves.
